Do you ship outside of the United States?
At this time, Willage (pronounced like “Village”) ships exclusively within the United States.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed and shipped from our Los Angeles hub within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, but shipping times may vary due to carrier delays.
All shipments are sent without a signature requirement. If you prefer to require a signature upon delivery, please email us at contact@willage.life or include a note with your order.
Due to our small team and quick fulfillment process, we are unable to modify orders once they’ve been placed.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which you can use to monitor your package directly on the carrier’s website.
How much is shipping?
Shipping fees are calculated based on your package’s size, weight, and destination. The total cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.
If you purchase multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments, but you will only be charged one shipping fee.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Google Pay.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer e-gift cards starting at $25, with additional options for $50, $100, $150, and $200. A perfect gift for those who appreciate craftsmanship and artistry. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Read our shipping policy.
What is your return policy?
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return, find your order confirmation email and click the "View Order" button. This will take you to your order details page, where you can initiate the return process for eligible items.
Returns must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags intact. Upon receiving your return, we will notify you via email regarding your refund.
Please note:
- Returns that do not meet our criteria (worn, damaged, or missing tags) may be declined.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Take clear photos of the exterior packaging (all sides), the unpacking process, and the damaged product before reaching out. Once verified, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement.
