Ewelina Lapeyre

Ewelina Lapeyre’s work is rooted in a deep respect for heritage craftsmanship, sustainability, and minimalism. She values time-honored techniques, creating in small batches and primarily made-to-order, ensuring each piece is intentional and free from the waste of overproduction. Her philosophy is simple: one well-made, high-quality item can outlast fleeting trends, becoming a cherished part of daily life for years to come.

Most of her creations are handmade, with the support of a small team of collaborators—independent textile artists and artisans she personally trains to uphold the same meticulous standards. She chooses to work exclusively with small businesses and skilled craftspeople, fostering a community dedicated to slow, thoughtful production.

With nearly two decades of experience in design, Ewelina founded À Bientôt two years ago as a response to the relentless pace of modern life. It was a conscious return to what matters most to her—tradition, the artistry of handmade work, and a deep commitment to sustainability.
