SHIPPING

At the moment, Willage only ships within the United States. Orders are processed and shipped from our Los Angeles hub within 2 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Due to our small team and quick turnaround times, we’re unable to modify orders once they’ve been placed. Please note that if you order multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages, but you will only incur one shipping fee.

All packages are shipped without a signature requirement for delivery. If you prefer your shipment to require a signature, please contact us at contact@willage.life or include a note in your order.

Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination. Please note: transit days are an estimate only, and may vary depending on the carrier.  

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING FEE?

Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the package. Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout before payment is processed.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days after your order is placed. Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay.

Returns

You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns must include all original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

Upon receiving the return, we will contact you by email to confirm your refund. Please note, returns that do not meet our criteria (e.g., items that are worn, damaged, or missing tags) may be refused.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, simply find the order confirmation email you received from us. Click on the “View Order” button within the email, and it will take you to your order details page. From there, you’ll have the option to initiate the return process for eligible items.

Please ensure that the items are in new, unused condition with the original packaging and tags before initiating the return.

What if the goods received are damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to take photos of the package (from all sides) before opening, during unpacking, and of the damaged product itself. If the damage is confirmed, we will process a refund or send a replacement.
