First, a carver chisels the Cyprus leaf motif into teak, creating the wooden blocks that will carry the design forward. Then, with patience and rhythm, a block printer dips each block into natural dyes and presses it onto cotton voile, one imprint at a time.

The printed fabric travels next to the homes of quiltmakers—women who carefully layer, stuff, and stitch each quilt by hand. Their needlework binds not only cotton to cotton but also generations of skill passed down through families. Along the way, dye specialists lend their craft, ensuring colors remain vibrant and true.

Each quilt is the result of four artisans’ hands, every step infused with care. Made in small batches, no two are exactly alike—slight variations become part of their story, a reminder of the human touch behind each piece.
