Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories outside of the 50 states and Puerto Rico.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.
Lower 48 States + Washington DC: Starting at $5.99
Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico: Starting at $9.99
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
Lower 48 States + DC: 3-7 business days after processing
Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico: 5-10 business days after processing

Carriers
We ship via USPS and UPS. The carrier is selected based on package size and destination to ensure the best rate and delivery time. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Fragile & Handmade Items
Many of our products are handmade ceramics, artisan goods, and vintage pieces. We pack every order with care using bubble wrap, packing paper, and sturdy boxes to ensure your items arrive safely.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@willage.life within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will work with you to make it right.
