Hand-Poured Stoneware Candle Mug — Soy Wax
A soy wax candle poured into a wheel-thrown stoneware mug, made by hand in a small studio in Southern Spain. Burn the candle — Light Amber or Amazon Rainforest, both paraben and phthalate-free — and when the wax is gone, wash out the vessel and you have a cup. Not a candle jar pretending to be reusable. An actual, well-made mug.
The stoneware has slight variations in glaze and form because it's thrown on a wheel, not pressed in a mold. Each candle is weighed to ensure exact fill. Light Amber burns with a wood wick (30 hours); Amazon Rainforest with a cotton wick (50 hours). Both leave behind a mug worth keeping.
