Block Print Linen Napkin Set — Rio Green

The pattern is block printed, which means each motif is pressed by hand using carved wooden blocks, one stamp at a time. That's why the print has a slightly soft, lived-in quality instead of the hard edges you get from machine printing — and why no two napkins are perfectly identical.

The linen is pre-washed before finishing, so it arrives soft rather than stiff. It drapes the way a napkin should — loose enough to tuck into your lap without unfolding itself, heavy enough to stay put. The green reads differently depending on the light — sage in daylight, deeper olive under warm bulbs.
