A hand-carved acacia wood board — 20 inches long, grain running from honeyed amber to deep sienna — with a mouth-blown glass dome that sits on top with a sculpted handle. The board is the table. The cloche is the ceremony. Bread, cheese, charcuterie, fruit — whatever you put under it looks like it was placed there on purpose.

Made in India by woodworkers and glassblowers working in tandem. The wood is cut by hand, the dome is blown by mouth, and neither one matches any other set exactly. That's 3.5 pounds of "we're not eating over the sink tonight."

STORY

Made in workshops in India where woodworkers and glassblowers work side by side. The acacia base is cut and shaped by hand — no two boards share the same grain pattern. The glass dome is mouth-blown individually, so each cloche has its own slight variations in thickness and curvature. The result is a serving piece that's functional but ceremonial — it changes how a table feels.

Care Instructions

Hand wash the board with warm water and mild soap — do not soak or dishwasher. Treat the wood periodically with food-safe mineral oil. The glass cloche is dishwasher safe (top rack) but hand washing is recommended.
